Realty Trade is a fraudulent "company". They are acting quite bold, intentionally so. This "company" does have a mailing address, but have any of our fellow complainants been there to complain in person? I'm worried that these thieves really are operating out of an undisclosed location, insulated from all of us who are demanding our money back. The local television media in Orlando need to see our stories and try to track down these internet robbers, using every avenue possible. My story is parallel to others who have complained about these shameful internet gypsies so I will not bore anyone with redundancy. My contract with this vile scum was from April thru October of 2009. Everyone must contact the Florida Attorney General's office as one of our fellow posters already has done. DO IT!!! Those that work for that company should not be allowed to procreate, let alone reside in this country.

We do try and maintain 100% client satisfaction. The company does operate out of a commercial location, has all necessary business licenses, and does have clients visit to speak about their marketing campaigns. We invite you to come down and speak with us, whenever you are in town, but please call to make an appointment first, so that we can have your campaign analysis and client file prepared.
If you have a discrepancy in your contract, someone will happily discuss your concerns and we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
We understand that you are frustrated and we understand that some clients who have posted to this site may have been mishandled. We will come to a resolution that will leave you content with the advertising services that you have paid for. However, you must maintain professionalism and your composure if you would like to have your grievance settled satisfactorily.
Contacting the attorney general or any other regulatory agency does not guarantee a positive resolution to your file and by posting this message, you have already done irreparable damages. Also, by making libelous claims and "verbally" abusing the hard working Americans that work here, you limit the willingness of our staff to help resolve your complaint.
We do hope that you will contact us and help resolve your complaint.
