Realty Trade will list your timeshare for an upfront fee. $495 to $995. They guarantee 100% money back if a reasonable offer is not received in 6 months.

They advertise on their web site the number of offers they have received. I would guess that this is very misleading. Supposedly I had received 3 offers on 3 different peices of property. I was not allowed to see the offer and the contact email on the 3 people was never acknowledged. 3 different times I emailed the contact given me with no replies. No phone number or address was given so I had no other choice. I am suppose to believe them that a reasonable offer was given, yet they offer no proof and the prospects never reply back.

Contacted Realty Trade to make contact with prospect. No reply to my emails to them. Called them and a representative named Amanda, could give me no information other than the person had decided on something else. Asked what the offer was and she could not answer. Other questions asked received the same vague answers. It was like she was reading from a script.

I have been dealing with these people on several different properties. It seems like at the end of the 6 months they come up with a person who supposedly has made an offer. No information on what the offer was and no help in contacting the person. With this they say they have fulfilled their part of the contract. No money back.
