RealtyTrade.com has lied to us about having a prospective buyer (one) in the last

three weeks of our contract.  It was a bogus name and e-mail and they would not

even discuss this with us, other than to say it was our responsibility to get in touch

with this person's OFFER and as far as they were concerned we are not welcome to

contact them in any way even though our contract does not offficially end until

4 Feb 10.

Of course, this means we will not be receiving our deposit of $1,425 because they

say we had a reasonable offer even though it was bogus and we could not make

any contact whatsoever with the name they submitted.  We are senior citizens and

this is a huge amount of money for us to lose and also that we wasted another six

months trying to sell our timeshare (because we do not travel like we once did and

the monthly payments are killing us).   The gentleman (I cannot print the name I

really call him in private) had no respect whatsoever for us and did not even care

that we were on a conference call with another timeshare sales agency and told us

it was our tough luck and don't bother them again and have a nice life.

RealtyTrade strives for 100% client satisfaction.  All of the offers that we generate come from our website, or our affiliates.  If you are a current client and feel that you received and offer that did not meet your expectations, please refer to your contract and note that we will continue to send offers until your marketing and advertising campaign has completed.  If you are approaching or have reached the end of your marketing agreement with RealtyTrade, please contact RT Escalated Claims by email at urgent@realtytrade.com and a dedicated client service representative will contact you.

By filing a report with the Attorney General, or any other regulatory agency, it will minimize the possibility of receiving a resolution for any grievances due to the unwillingness to allow our staff to settle your complaint.
