Inphonics Cell Phone Rebates Rebate Processing Center apparent ripoff by not responding with advertised rebate amount White Bear Lake Minnesota

I bought 2 Motorola Razr v3 cell phones through an internet promotion offered by Inphonic in Oct. 2005. Packages arrived after purchase with new Cingular service and rebate instructions on how to obtain the cost of $150 each for the phones. After waiting the 6 months of saving paid bills to Cingular as well as the box UPC symbols, I submitted the rebate documents to the Cell Phone Rebate Processing Center in White Bear Lake MN. This was in late April 2006. I was referred to a website by an email asking me to check the rebate status. After 4 months now, the toll free number 866-800-4303 says they are reviewing all submitted rebates. The website link is not working and a pop-up link no longer recognizes me nor my claim number.Inphonic has a link to another website: www.whereismyorder.com referring me to another toll free number with the same unhelpful info as the aforementioned number. This one is 866-607-9877 with a website www.rebate-zone.com . Please remedy this dilemma.
