Ordered recovery disks for an HP computer. Used Debit Card. Was charged, no product, and they don't answere the phone. Ultimately, they hang up.

Ive searched our database for a customer named Terry from Texas and am unable to find this customer. If in fact you're a customer of ours and not a competitor, please contact us directly at contact@recovery-disks.com with your full name and billing address that you used to place your order.

We would be happy to refund your order 100% and offer you free support hours for your computer if we do in fact see that your order was not delivered.

More than likely, what happened was that when you placed your order, you did not review the terms and conditions that you agreed to before you pressed the "Place Order" button. In the terms and conditions it clearly states that delivery might possibly take up to 12 business days to arrive. TYPICALLY however, our customers receive their packages within 4 business days.

To this date, we have had over 50,000 orders delivered by the United States Post Office. We provide all of our customers with tracking numbers for their packages as well.

We would like to remedy this situation for you. Please contact us at the email above, or call us directly at 800-896-2363 and choose option 2.
