We do not stalk people in order to tow them. We were contacted by a certain property owner that was having an issue with patrons from a nearby business park on his property. At one point the problem was so bad that it made it so that his own employees could not park there, therby shutting his business down for the day. The near by business does not provide ample parking for it's customers and the business was warned on several occasions to alert their customers to not use that parking lot.

While every situation is different, the statement made by the complainant is just not accurate. If you were to research, you would find that are rates on the lower end for that service in this particular area.
