I would be so pleased if you could investigate Maria Osborn (Red Gate Home Furnishing of Canton, Ga.) She is a furniture wholesaler with Companies such as Ashley Furniture and RTG. I paid her upfront almost $2700.00 for a living room set in late June 2015. I've been given the run around on several occasions such as Jury duty, someone broke into her warehouse and stole $4000.00 of furniture , she has 5 kids and lastly, she had to go to Ca. for a funeral. I have more than 80 texts from conversations with her and she claims the company don't believe in sending out one item at the time.
This has been going on long enough, so I asked her to refund my money back to the bank (WF) which she has received. Now she claims that I'm threating her...which I didn't. I just lately researched and found out that she has done this to several hundreds of people before thru Companies such as Living social. She doesn't make sense when texting or talking to her. I've told her several times that all I would like is my money back. I do have her account number that the money was sent to. Please help! I'm at my wits end right now and I like to give people the benefit of doubt although it's not working. I would appreciate any help with this that you can offer. Thanks in advance!

I would like to give a positive update on Maria Osborn Of Red Gate Home Furnishings In Canton, Ga. After meeting with Maria again thru mediation, we decided to make right on the purchase of furniture from her store. I am proud to say that she made a promise to pay back the amount given to her at first. I can honestly say that she did that and more of which I'm highly appreciative of the gesture. This is the Maria that I did business with first time and second time, she was going thru a lot of changes of which I was not aware of. I feel and see that in the future, she will be upfront and fair to customers. Red Gate offers good products and services.
