fist of all I am a pregnant woman and I was going to my car to get all my things and it was gone. I went to the apartment office and they had no idea at all that my car was towed off of their private property! the lady at the office told me to call and file a police report and bring the report to the office tomorrow. so I call the police and they tell me that my car has been towed! so I go back into the office and she doesn't know the phone number or address of the towing place! she tells me to look it up. she sent me the pictures of my car and told me herself that it was a pity tow and I should fight it. of course I had the wrong address and when I finally got a hold of the towing place he told me that if I wasn't there in two minutes I can't get my car and he was leaving. I tried to beg him to stay a little longer but all he did was yell then he hung up in our face. a couple minutes later he called our phone back and said he was leaving. so now I will be missing a doctors appointment in the morning and possibly work. he told us our car was towed at 2:00 am but when I looked at the pictures again they are time stamped at four in the morning! lies, lies, and lies. I did alot of research on this towing company and nothing but bad things came up. they said I would have to pay $200 to get my car cash only. this is ridiculous!!!
