reefs2go.. I recently order from reefs2go my shippment was doa. i called and complained they gave me a credit for my doa items.. but remember this does not include your shippin. so i ordered again thinking it was just a fluke. well second order was doa again " using my credit. the water had an awful smell, the water was so cloudy you could not see through it. i called them and told them that they lost a customer, she relly didn't care. i asked to speak to the owner of course he never spoke to me or called back. on using my credit i wanted to use every penny on live items not the shipping so i ordered thing with free shipping when i received items half of the items were missing. or could not be mailed with these items. so once again they wanted me to pay for shipping that are already bout and paid for. "for their mistake".. like i said profit on shipping. the things i did order were so small smaller then a pencil eraser really. your gonna pay 50.00 for fish that you can hardly even see. i suggest to stay away from this store i shop some where else. the packages theirs always some thing missing. this place sucks.
