Regenere Antiaging Cream and Serum is a bait and switch scam.  I ordered free trial for both of these products through online advertisement on Facebook.  I paid only for shipping.  Two weeks later there was a charge of 89.92 and a charge of 84.95 on my credit card from ANTIAGING844-821-5726.  Went back on line and found a tiny link at the bottom (I had to scroll way down) of the opening page called "terms"...very inconspicuous!  I now have to call or send email to terminate my "VIP Membership" or I will be sent new supply and charged again every month!

I've sent email to cmenowenterprises@gmail.com (not sure if that is the right email), while holding for 30 minutes and hearing "all representives are busy" (844-821-5726).  Finally answered and representative kept trying to get me to stay...offered me 50% discount on next shipment.  I said "No." Then offered me 4 gift certicifactes worth $25, $50, $75, and $100 to stay for another month.  I said "no." She said they have never had any problem wiith custromer service before.  I said just cancel my account!  She said OK and is supposed to send a confirmation email.  We will see!

I know I was a sucker for doing this...Hope this helps others.

Thanks to your report posted here, I learned what a scam the Regenere Cream is! I would not have known that the company "automatically" subscribes you to a scheduled charge and shipment for additional products. I also learned that there is a very short window of time to return the product. I called--immediately--when I received the product for a 'cancellation' and a 'refund.' Something that I would have not known to do without your report. I also was prepared for the battle that would ensue on the phone to make that cancellation and return/refund actually happen. I wanted to add that this is April 2017 and these practices are still continuing--along with "fake news" marketing techniques to sell the product(s). (I couldn't even relocate the original site to review and read the fine print. I am sure they 'move around' to keep from being discovered and reviewed.) I consider myself a pretty Internet-savvy person and I still "fell" for it. Thank you for the courage to report this scam--and--for this site.
