REGIONAL FINANCE CORP GIVES OUT PERSONAL DEBT INFORMATION! TYLER, Texas

A regional director for Regional Finance company phoned my job and asked ME to speak to my boss. When speaking with my boss she told him personal debt information about my account with them.  My boss listened for a few minutes and then asked this woman if she needed to speek with me, she refused. She then continued telling personal account information to my employeer. I had already warned this company verbally and in WRITING not to phone my job, that request was blatantly disregarded as was any reguard for my personal privacy. This is unacceptable behavior, not to mention that thier collection practices are "shady" at best. They will call up to four times a day, come to your home, call your job, and some of the nicer ones will call you BEFORE your bill is even due to remind you that you owe them, they will leave nasty, hateful voicemails on your phone, this is not a company that anyone should have the misfortune to deal with ever. This company should not be allowed in business.
