Rejuvenum Company offers FREE samples --and states 14 day trial. That's it --charges $5.95 shipping and in LESS than a week they charged $89.85 to my card. St Pete Florida

I purchased a sample of Rejuvenem as it was advertised as a product developed by Angelina Jolie.  Multiple positive feedback was present.  It was advertised as a FREE sample.  Less than a week after receiving the product, I was billed $89.95 --per this company that's the full price that will be charged monthly for the moisturizer and eye serum (the FREE price was advertised at $5.95 and $4.95 for shipping only).  When you call customer service they try to offer the product at 30% off (monthly replacement).  I requested cancellation.  When you say you don't want it and would rather cancel--then they hung up on me.  I called back and they said they could only refund 50% since it was opened.  I asked WHERE was this statement as it wasn't there when I was ordered, she stated, "IT's on the website."  You were supposed to call within 14 days if you did not want it ----after that you are charged full price, we don't accept returns. 

THe sales process was misleading........I would not purchase this product or any in the future after this experience. The statement and amount being charged is not included in the ordering process. I wouldn't ordered this if it was.  I have cancelled the order.
