Rem Sleep Solutions Bate and switch on financing Placentia CA

REM representatives came to a home show in Honolulu.  We really liked their offering and decided to purchase based on 0% interest on 24 months.  REM wrote the contract that expressly stated the terms as we agreed.  2 months after the purchase we were informed that REM sold the contract to GreenSky and we now owed the original bill plus 4 payments of interest only and the interest rate was 19.99%.  When we contacted REM the gentleman was very nice and said he would fix the financing if we agreed to pay 50% up front.  We declined and requested that REM honor contract.  REM agreed.  After many threating calls from GreenSky (finance company REM used) we contacted REM once again.  They stated they had already shipped the bed, (bed was not to ship until end of July at earliest - In contract). REM once again agreed to fix the financing to match the contract.  No they are reporting that we are delinquent on the account and the financing terms were 19.99% interest.  We had a lawyer look at the contract and he stated there was no disclosure of 3rd party financing and it clearly stated 24 months 0% interest.  He then stated " this is clearly a bait and switch"

Do not trust this company to resolve issues.  The owner is very polite and will promise the world but never delivers what he promises.  What a mess.  DO NOT trust this company!
