Very manipulative and smooth till he gets the listing; after that, not his problem. Sends nasty emails no way to know what he really wants. Blames others for his arrogance. Claims others say or want things just to get his way. A real hot head, but really nice if you bend and kiss his a*s. Dont waste your time with this bum, it's not worth the pain.
