we recently had hail damage to our home in katy and several roofing companies started coming by to give us inspections, and offer the service to meet our adjuster to get our damages repaired, a very nice salesman from claims roofing came by and said he would work with our adjuster showed us his company information explained the insurance process and company warranties and that they would help us with our deductible, me and my husband felt comfortable and signed the contract. the next day a sales person from remedy roofing knocked on our door and said for us not to use this company that what they where doing with deductibles was against the law and the company wasnt local, just bad mouthing the other company not even a sales pitch, the worst part was they where doing this to every house the sales person had signed up and had a sign in there yard. It concerned me about our decision we looked into the company that had came to our home they provided us with solid customer references, wich we called and verified!! so we where satisfied and put the yard sign back up.The very next day 2 remedy roofing employees came to our door and tried telling my husband the same thing they told me, he told them he was happy and to leave, then they stated the other company was breaking the law with what they where doing and we would go to jail for insurance fraud!!!! My husband a real estate attorney for 19 years! assured them we are within the laws and asked them to leave again wich they finally did. We decided to do some checking on them at this point and found out they have burned alot of bridges along there path they have worked in Colorado, El paso, Austin, and Oklahoma city, these are nothing but professional storm chasers themselves and they have a horrible track record customers cant get warranty work done because they have left town they claim to be affiliated with a creditation company wich they own the source, and they have only been in Houston for a short time, buyer beware!!!! we have taken the time to show our neighbors this and to let them know what is going on.
Do not let remedy roofing push you around its one thing to offer a product, but it is completely ignorant and childish to just bad mouth your competition.
Maybe someone should teach them how to be honest themselves and learn to sell

I take extreme offense to the reports posted about Remedy Roofing. I personally feel that the reports posted are illegitimate due to the name of the roofing company listed in the body of one of the postings. I have looked at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website, and was unable to find a company called "Claims Roofing". I also did several Google searches and never once ran across a company named "Claims Roofing". I also don't feel that these are legitimate posts because they talk about Remedy Roofing being "Professional Storm Chasers", when our Corporate office is located right here in Katy.
I would like to take a moment to educate the people of Katy on Remedy Roofing and the involvement in the local community. First of all, Remedy Roofing's Corporate office is located at 21925 Franz Rd # 402 in Katy, TX 77449. Please feel free to stop by and visit us anytime you would like. We were named one of the fastest growing private companies in the nation by INC 500. We were number 79 in the nation and number 2 in our industry. We are members of the Katy Chamber of Commerce and our CFO sits on the board. We are a strategic partner with the Katy Economic Development Council. We are a Platinum sponsor for Rhodes Stadium in Katy and a have a huge sign at the end of the field that helped pay for the JumboTron at the stadium. We are a Platinum sponsor to the Katy Rice Harvest Festival and we donate tens of thousands of dollars each year to Katy area sports teams. We are members of Katy Pros, the BBB, National Roofing Contractors Association, & Houston Apartment Association, just to name a few.
