When you check your credit card statement you will find two charges. One for Eye Spa and 88.10 and another for Garcinia Diet Plus for 89.95. Showing the charge out of N.Y.
Box received will be shipped from Fountain Valley, California.

I cancelled the automatic shipment when I found out it is a monthly subscription, No refund offer so forget that.
