Good Afternoon,

I owe just under 300 bucks on a washer and dryer. My niece called,  to make the payment for me over the phone because I just got out of the hospital,  and he ask her when was my next payday, she said she didn't know. And she ask him what does it matter he's making a payment today. He than hung up on her. and she called back and ask him why did he hang up on her he said she was being rude and that is the reason he hung up. She was not rude I was sitting right there. She than told him I am just calling to make a payment and does he want the money or not, he than told her he couldn't take the payment. What happen to customer service? When the customer calls to make a payment and they refuse the payment. Especially when their balance is less than 300 bucks. I had the washer and dryer over three years. The associates name who was rude to my niece and refuse the payment his name is Sid at The Rent a Center in Mt Oliver, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I am upset that a company would treat their customers this way, as loyal as a customer as I am. How dare he treat a customer this way. In the age of social Media bad reviews can easily cause and affect. I want to discus this matter with you over the phone.

We make it a point to treat all customers in a courteous and professional manner no matter the circumstance, and I’m so sorry that your experience with one of our coworkers was so negative.  Are you kidding me? And who are you anyway?  I was sitting right there and it was on speaker phone I know what I heard, if they needed to speak to me I was right there to give them premission she was not using her card she was using mine.  They were rude, she was not. How can you justify him hanging up on her when no profanity was used. Customer Service is just what it is Customer Service, either provide Customer Service  or you shouldnt be working that type of job. I will scream until I am blue in face, I will write what I want when I am not being treated fairly. And so should any Customer. No Customer should be treated that way! And no I am not the  one to feel as though I am entitled. Like I said, I have less than 300 hundred to pay on this washer and dryer, which in my calculations is two months. There is no entitlement here...

 They may accrue a interest rate on what you owe. As for not taking a payment. They may no longer allow a third party to make payments on your account. They may have also stopped taking payments over the phone. And pls dont insult the webs collective intelegence. Just because you didnt think the person calling for you was rude, doesnt mean that the person she was talking with didnt find thier responses rude. They could have been asking about when you get cash to allow you time to come in and make a payment. But then again you sound like one of those self entitled individuals who sees nothing they dont want to see. So good luck and I certainly hope you didnt piss them off to the point where they will come reposes your washer and dryer. Because you know you needed them and they were there for you, now that you have not only named the store but the ppl you talked with. If they wanted to they could come get THIER merchandise from you and you really couldnt do anything because you are rent to own. Maybe next time try and be a bit more patient and use some sound judgment before you go defaming a company online.
