You removed and replaced the adds on Craigs list.  That is fine your representative said plenty. .. and all of it was nonsense.  Martin was told clearly that the lcd worked fine,  and that I was only looking to replace the glass.  He was also told that I lived locally,  about 5 minutes away from your address.  Based on the ridiculous prices quoted. . Chaves and changed again,  I would not recommend doing business with your company.  I took my business to ifix lv and was very satisfied. .. or the door in 45 minutes for $75 total.  Prefect job... no nonsense. I will recommend them to all of my friends.

We asked you on FaceBook to show us the ad for $46.99 "fast repair" of the glass on a Galaxy s4 .  We have not posted such an ad.  Please forward this ad as I know it is not from us.  Please see our ad below

You called our customer service and asked about a S4 screen for $46.99.   Because ours is $64.99 we did not know what your were refering to.   PLUS we had no way of knowing that you were talking about a local repair as opposed to the majority of our customer who want the $200+ repair with a new assembly.    The repair that we do dozens of times for phone in customers is the Assembly Replacement and Assemblies cost $200 plus labor.  You did not specify that you were looking at the Craigs list info for LOCAL repairs.

No problem.  When our rep realized that you were refering to Craigs list he told you $64.99 with $10 for shipping if you mailed your phone in.  Provided your LCD has not been compromised.   You called again the second day and we could not get a word in edge wise.   I understand you are upset but we can not even agree on the ad you are seeing.  I still can not find this ad for $47.  Please forward to me.  It is difficult to find any resolution when we are not even talking about the same ad.  THE AD MUST BE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

If you have had a Factory Recycle on your screen we would not do the second recycle for you.  The adhesive we use in the recycle process is much stronger than the original adhesive.  Chances of getting the LCD clean with no damage is slim.  We have asked the other stores in town and in CA and China that do the Recycle process.  They are hesitant to do a recycle a second time as well.  If we attempt to do a second recycle and the separation is not successful you will need the full Assembly $200 repair.  We are not going to put you in this situation.

1) please forward the ad for $46.99 "fast repair" of the glass on a Galaxy s4

2) next time you call please let us speak so we can ask you for the link to the ad

3) good luck with your screen.  We will not be able to do a second repair for you.
