On 20 of June with my husband I order the watch trough web site http://www.replicaco.com/. We paid with Master Card. On 20th of June they contacted us using e-mail address auth@replicaco.com and confirming order and telling us that we will receive another e-mail for payment confirmation. On 22 of June they contacted us from e-mail address replicaco@gmail.com requesting payment authorization since our billing address is out of US. They asked us if we are able to send it on following fax numbers 1-(815) 366-9758 or International 001-815-366-9758, or to send it to e-mail address replicaco@gmail.com. Alleged signature of the person that contacted us was Emma. She was really fast and active with communication promising that she will dispatch order with tracking number as soon as she receive the payment authorization. After we forwarded the authorization to them on 22nd of Jun, they never came back to us with anything. No tracking number or anything related to our order. The name of the company that we gave authorization for payment was Press Right Holdings (Pty) Ltd. t/a Swiss Grade One. On my credit card statement appears that they deduct 6,369.27 ZAR (South African Rand) on 23.06.2009 on name of Press Right Holding Gaborone, Botswana. On 20th of July we received UPS package from China with 3$ worth toy watch. Unfortunately we signed for shipment before opening.

I have to inform all of customers that were reading my report about REPLICACO.com, that I have received the watch, one exactly that I ordered trough their web-site.
I can only say that watch is high quality and everything is fine except lack of communication from person that was representing the company towards me.
She or he didn't share information with me about method and way of dispatching the watch, so with mentioned lack of communication I was convinced that everything was fraudulent act.
However I am thankful for today's contact from the company that resolved all my doubts about order and I hope that my correction on report will fix reputation of REPLICACO.com.
