I contacted this suppossed air tickets travel agents to buy a return ticket from Nigeria to the UK. They sent me an email asking me to pay an initial sum of £799 and then balance up with £385.89  (written in small print). I made both payments on the 12th and 13th of August respectively into Halifax bank, account number: 11053064, sort code: 11-04-65. They started asking for extra £424 on grounds that airfare has increased. At that point I started suspecting foul play and asked for refund of my money. They said according to their terms and conditions, £350 would be deducted. I expected the refund and started calling them. 

Their main reason for not refunding my money is 'technical problem with bank account'. And they added that they won't be able to refund the money until further notice. The last time I contacted them they asked me to walk into Halifax Bank and claim a refund there.

Please do not transact any business with this company. They are fraudsters.

do not also transact business with any bank that does not accept cards except online transfer and account payments. Immediately they ask for such, tell them you are no longer interested.
