I hired Reputationchanger.com to remove one bad Google review that was placed there by one of my competitors.  They promised to "have the Google review off the first page and buried withing a month.  We argeed on a price of $2500. A month and a half goes by and nothing happened as far as the Google review was concerned. Then I noticed they had billed my Credit Card fora  second amount of $1500 that was never authorized nor agreed upon. I called to complain and was given nothing but the "run around". I asked why my Google review had not moved and for them to explain exactly how they intended on removing it. I was told "let me speak with my supervisor and I will get back to you early next week".  Of course next week rolls around and I still have heard nothing.  I called at least 5 more times each time with speaking only only an answerring service. None of my calls were ever returned. I also tried contacting the company via email at least a dozen times with no response whatsoever. After getting nowhere and unable to contact anyone in this company I called my credit card priovider and initiated a chargeback. What the company did next is absolutely APPALING.

Instead of responding to the chargeback through the proper channels reputationchanger.com filed a lawsuit against me in a Pennsylvania even though the business is located in my homestate in Savanah Georgia. No business was ever done in Pennsylvania.  They filed a case against me for the 4K in a state so far away knowing full well I would not be defending it as travel and an out of state attorney would simply cost too much. Reputationchanger.com is a top level internet scam and they seem to know exactly what they are doing.

I tried to file a report with the Better Business Bereau but they are an absolute Joke and were no help whatsoever. . They would not do anything because "a lawsuit has been filed". I tried explaining to them that the lawsuit was filed specifically to thwart a negative report with the BBB and that they are assisting this company in scamming more individuals by allow them to be BBB rated as A+. Reputationchanger.com is NOT an A+ company. Reputationchanger.com is simply an internet fraud ring that is waiting to be closed down.  Upon further research I found out that this entire company is simnply a one man show. Literally a guy working out of his garage who also operates several other internet scam sites.  Be AWARE!! Reputationchanger.com is a SHAM!!
