Rese Property Management STAY AWAY!!!!!! I WISH I COULD POST VIDEOS & PICTURES! they were so terrible about rent and allowing us to pay or any minor fix was like pulling teeth, and their agents are the laziest people, how they call themselves professionals is laughable, how they still are able to stay in business floors me! Lehi Utah

On 7/18, water filled our electrical fixture and caused the ceiling to bubble. Our ceiling was taken down & the upstairs toilet valve had failed. As a result, our bathroom with the only shower was taken apart; the plumbing where our toilet had been was not sealed off and only a garbage bag placed over it, the flooring was removed but has stained urine and feces on the wood flooring. The ceiling pipes had green mold on them in several places because they still leaked and it was hot in the unit. The water to the swamp cooler turned off to avoid moisture. There was no communication from Rese property. We had to contact the Utah health inspector in our area to come out.

Upon completing his inspection, he noted the home wasn't up to code, health standards and gave us his personal cell to be a witness if we took them to court!  On 8/7 sheet rock was placed in the dining room but no other work was done. The problem was that the pipes were leaking worse than before and our upstairs bathroom floor flooded and the water damage was leaking through the downstairs ceiling and down the  walls. WATER WAS SHUT OFF!! RESE STATES THAT THIS IS LIVABLE FOR MY KIDS AND THIS IS JUST AN INCONVENIENCE!!! Still have the message from the office mgr stating so. I've never had so many problems with a landlord in my life.  We have not been able to live in our home since July. We are month to month and still being charged monthly for rent. i have more pictures and videos but I don't have enough space to post them all!

We've reviewed this report and have overwhelming evidence that Candice's claims are intentionally false and slanderous. After leaving the residence both incredibly dirty and damaged, we were forced to keep her security deposit as well as invoice the tenant for several thousand dollars in repairs and cleaning costs as the property was left uninhabitable, hence her slandourous review of our company. We will be pursuing legal action against this former tenant.
