I started my refinance process with this company about 6 months ago. They sat on the documents and when questioned, they would give me another loan officer who restarted the whole process all over again. This went on about 4 or 5 times over the course of the six months. When I questioned them again on what was taking so long, they said that they could no longer complete the loan because it had been so long and the rate was no longer available. This is after they sat on the loan for six months. Six months later, I have lost my appraisal fee and the rate I locked in. They are liars - do not go with them. They have had several closures and are incompetent. You will only lose any money you put into this company and all the time.
