I made 2 payments a total of $1000.00 and never heard from them again. When I call them, I was put on hold for long periods at time. When I ask for the person that I perioviously talk to, they would say he or she no longer work here. I still have all documents from this fack company, Even the box that the binder came in with the address label still on the box.

I would urge you to NOT contact sourcemaster@juno.com
There is something amiss with this email address. I fail to understand how someone at a casino supply outfit or possibly in the phillipines would be offering you help. If you do an internet search for this email address you will see what I mean.
You've been warned. Proceed with caution if you contact this person. When I have time, I'll email RoR to have this email address REDACTED.
Good luck.

Not surprisingly, their website is "under construction." Go figure.
However, you should contact the Maryland Attorney General, your state attorney general, and the FTC to file formal written complaints.
You might also contact the organization that is the registrar for the domain www.rrfusa.org
The registrar should be able to tell you how to contact the domain registrant. Hopefully, you did NOT give this outfit any of your banking information. If you did, you should close the account(s) that you told them about to prevent any withdrawals in the future.

I would also suggest you do not contact the 1st rebuttal author. This person is seriously lacking in understanding of the FDCPA and statutes of limitation-I suspect he is shilling for some service. RoR normally redacts his contact information, but didn't this time. If you do contact this person, I stronly urge you NOT to share any banking or credit card information.
If you need some help with credit issues, contact a certified consumer credit counselor-there are many registered credit counselors accepted by bankruptcy courts (such as myself) who operate through non-profit agencies. There should be a few in your area.
In the future, I would suggest you obtain assistance with credit issues from a LOCAL agency-where you can meet someone face-to-face rather than dealing with some outfit on the internet.
Good luck.

Debt Relief Company Problems

I am assuming you are talking about a Debt Relief Company. If so almost all states require they be licensed in state to offer debt relief services. Check with your State's Attorney Generals office and file a complaint against them.
