Resort To Us Rush rip-off! Misrepresentation, un-honored guarantees, non-delivery of services (contract not signed), outright LIES! Las Vegas Nevada

I am disputing this company's value, based on
misrepresentaion, un-honored guarantees, non-delivery of
services (contract NOT signed)and unsatisfactory service.

On March 3/04, I was contacted by 'Resort to Us' regarding advertising the sale of my timeshare property. I inquired about their refund policy if their company did not sell my timeshare within 90 days. I was informed that I would receive a full refund if they did not sell it or if I was not completely satisfied with their service. I was also told that a representative of the company would contact me the following day to confirm details.

The following day I called them to inform them that I was not interested in their service, as their website information greatly differed from their verbal promises. I also wrote them a letter requesting this refund. They initally promised me a reverse charge from my credit card and later a refund cheque but to this day (3 months later) I have received nothing. They have outright lied to be numerous times (the cheque is in the mail).

I have written, faxed, & telephoned them numerous times but none of my calls were returned. The only correspondence that I received from them was a "Contract for Resort Property Advertising" (sent April 27/04)which I did NOT sign. I hope other people do not fall into this trap. I paid them $ 500 USD and did NOT sign the contract that they sent me in the mail.
