come home from  12 hrs on the job to be blown away about a bill from southwestern. they said i owe over 500 dollars so i call these clowns and the girl could not provide me with any info about the debt.  then this chick ask me for the last four digits of my ss.  after arguing with her for about twenty minutes i hung up and googled HFN SOUTHWESTERN BELL .and wow what do i get so so so many complaints. so i call back and to my surprise i get the same chick on the phone. i told her that i am calling bbb on the company she is working for and thats when she started spilling her guts she told me that the company she was working for are a third party and the company who they are workng for is called RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES their phone number is 1-888-665-0374. good luck all i keep getting is an answering machine lol!
