I should had believed with what they had said about Mr. Lurton Lipscomb Jr. on the internet. Mr. Lurton. Had send me brokers. Like Quik funding. I can get them all day thru the internet, myself. He had claim to be special and send me loan approvals and commitments under his company. He pretend to be a lender or direct to underwriter. All he was doing is working with other brokers and agents. And taking people money. For research that they could had done themselves. I paid him $3,000.00 for nothing. He accomplish nothing but misery and deceit for me and my family and others.

Mr. Lurton Lipscomb Jr. never pick up his phone or return emails. He lied to my sellers attorney, he made them transfer title and deed to their LLC. He made them draw up contract to comply with his terms. To have their title (house) be transfer to their LLC.They had comply with everything he told them to do. I had gotten an insurance bond commitment for the house under their LLC. This was his request for them to do. The closing transaction had not occurred, because he never pursued it to make it happen. He is responsible for this failure. I requested for my $3000.00 back and told him he will face lawsuit. Maybe from the sellers also if they agree to. He had mislead me and sellers attorney and his clients about doing a refinance.

COMPLETE FALSEHOOD

This negative comment was written by Bert Jean. Bert Jean, after we helped him draft his purchase agreements(which was not our job or responsibility), helped him negotiate his deal, and found him direct lenders to close the loan, did not have the funs available for appraisals and closing fees of the wholesale closer. He hoped to buy 5 million worth of property, with only $3,000. We warned him of the costs of the first transaction and kept pushing for the second deal, until he was awarded the second deal/conract. Then, he did not have the money to close. He was unrealistic and a dreamer. Actually, hestill brought two more multi million dollar deals to us, while he was struggling to close these two deals, and we told him that is it was unrealistic to try to take on anymore deals untilhis firstdeal was closed. He only had $3,000 to do both deals, eventhough he assured us that there would be no problem raising funds to close the deal. His credit is horrible, he does not pay his taxes and conceals his income from the IRS(he is under investiagtion by the IRS now), and cannot show a verifiable source of income; yet we were still able to obtain hard money loans for him from DIRECT lenders. He kept hoping to "arrange" things with the appraisers so that he wouldn't have to pay them before closing. We told him that he could not expect to get it done without any money but he believed he could "beat the system". Finally, since he could not close the deal or make the arrangements and everyone in the deal incurred costs and expenses on his behalf, he decided to pull out and think that everything he payed should be refunded, eventhough he chose not to close. We have all the documentation, e-mails, and proofof this deal for review. W have also turned over the documentation ,requested by the IRS in their investigation of Mr. Jean, to the IRS. We obtainedTWO loans for him from DIRECT lenders. Mr. Jean chose not to close the transaction; we did our job.
