I was contacted by Mr Blake Lin advising me that he was part of bank of america loan modification department with respect to the modification I requested. He requested I fax over financial affidavit with proof of income. A couple days later he called me back to adviise that the modification was approved and that he would be sending me new contract with new payment terms and a reinstatement fee that would start the process. I sent the. My down payment in the amount of $3,429.04 and a payment for the first installment of $579.00. All too good to be true as on April 27, 2013 I was contacted by carrington bank advising me that bank of america had sold them my mortgage loan and that all payments where now going to them. At this point I was informed that this resolution center of bank of america was a Fraud and no one new where my payments where. I lost it all the down payment and first installment. I need help as I have now found out that the monies here going to a us store.
