I ordered shoes on 11/02/05 & still haven't recieved my order. It is 12/5. I have emailed & called on & almost daily basis w/ no response. Is there anyone out there that can help me?

It's really irritating when a company doesn't communicate...all they have to do is say, "hey, we're out of stock, can you hold on another week."

They are hard to get a hold of. My suggestion is to write the company that secures their payment system.

I use this method when a company sends porn filled email. You see, companies like thawte.com or verisign have strict rules when it comes how a company they give a secure certificate to uses their products.

My suggestion is to write thawte.com, mention the company in question, your order information (description, etc but not your credit card #).

Also mention that you think this company's business practices are suspect and they should be looked into. You might also try getting an alternate contact number from thawte.com not on the site to this company that isn't sending you your product.

It's really irritating when a company doesn't communicate...all they have to do is say, "hey, we're out of stock, can you hold on another week." that's it. But no, bad companies ignore you. I say force your payment back whether it was a check or credit card, and forego this company completely.
