Revitol processed orders without consent internet Internet

I was on FB last night saw a product that looked great as a gift for my Mother. i went to purchase the gift and it started giving me a ton of options and no way to go forward with the one product i wanted after i entered my CC info and address to mail it to.

I tried to go back and the website kicked me off. I went back on thinking well good now i can do it again and not get looped into the other product I did not want. And again I was kicked off.

I gave up thinking I would just call the number in the morning and order it by phone. I woke up to 3 emails from a generic mailer unable to reply to, saying i had ordered the 2 products. I tried to call and the nuber on the verification email was disconnected. I researched and found another phone number and waited on hold for over 25 mins to talk to someone. 

I did not give up and finally someone answered. He reluctantly after trying to tell me he could not reverse the charges and offered me a discount of the product reversed my charges but did not inform me of a $1.98 charge on my CC. 

My CC company recommended cancelling my card in case they tried to charge it with other purchases.

I feel this company is taking advantage of people by getting their information and charging other products to them and offering free shipping which they did not do. and once they are caught they make it very hard to cancel the order and get ahold of them.

please advise others of this companies practices and I know now anything offered on FB is probably a scam.
