I redeemed points for an Amazon Gift Certificate back on April 16th!!! I still have no reward!!!!They have not responded to my multiple inquiries! I have been using reward port for a few years and my only complaint had been the lack of response to emails, until now!!! This is ridiculous already!!!

This company has horrendous customer service!!!
