I am writing this report to file a claim against James P Simao who scammed me $11,720.40.  James P Simao moved to California from Hawaii since 2011.  You can find him from Facebook under name James Simao, lives in San Diego California, he went to Waimea High School in Hawaii, he worked as self employed.

James Simao operates an Amazon business that charged clients $5,000 in advance for providing unique information about running a success Amazon business.  James offers a refund if his clients are not happy with his service.  Unfortunately, James Simao is a sweet talk to gain the trust and sympathy from investors in order to benefit himself financially.  He failed to deliver the promised services to his investors.  He defrauded investors by falsely claiming high returns from amazon business.

 On  August, 14th, 2014 James Simao asked me for $5,000 up front with the promise that he would train me how run a success Amazon business but James Simao failed to provide me the services that he promised as the contract.  On Septmeber, 11th, 2014, I ordered the goods from James Simao with the amount is $6,720.25 .  James Simao promised me that I should receive the goods in 2 weeks.  Unfortunately,  James Simao did not delivery the goods to me.  I found out that James Simao used my money to spend on his business expenses.  I tried to contact James Simao so many times but he never returned my phone call.  James Simao hurt me mentally and financially!  I feel very angry and depressed when James stole $11,720.40 from me and disappeared without saying any words!  James Simao also stole lot of money from others investors.  He stole money from U.S citizen and brought his cash to Mexico to hide.  The is illegal!  How shamed when James Simao took advantaged of  a young single mom.  I have raised my son by myself since he was 9 months old…I have worked very hard to survive….Now I am unemployment!  I withdraw money from credit card to invest in James business with hope that I can have an extra savings for my son’s college.  Unfortunately, James Simao stole all my money.  I feel very stupid and angry of myself.  I shouldn’t trust James Simao from the beginning.  When my girlfriend complained about James Simao on Facebook and asked for my money back,  I was contacted by phone by someone with a male voice who threaten to kill my family if I am continuing to complain about James Simao.  

This is investment fraud scam!  Please don't invest your money to this company.
