Sorry, but I have gone back and brought up more information.

The web addresses are different than Rhombus Techincal.  This is not given out until much time and research.

They use a circle design stating that they are part of the Microsoft group.

I do not feel good about what they did to me.  As I read by another woman they charged her $189.  That is what

they agreed to charge me, but then they added an additional $100. for software they installed on my computer that would

only cost $24.95 from Malwarebytes.

They just would not let go.  They pressure.  And, I feel they are taking advantage of Seniors.

First I had a flash accross my screen as if it was from Microsoft and I was told to call a certain number for help.

They said they would check my computer, and when they came back from doing that, said my computer needed to be

taken to a Microsoft Store (which was over an hour away if I know right), and my computer needed to be handled by

a class 36 tech, but they could direct me over to one.

That person came on line and was going to charge me $289, but since I was a senior I would get a discount of $100.

Then they were going to charge me $189.  Next I had to purchase protection for $100 for a year.  That brought up the total t

to $289.

I was scared, I knew they were into my computer.  I use my computer daily for contact with my distant family and also

for nonprofit volunteer work.  What was I to do???

When they talked on the phone there was terable noise in the background, and I asked what that was and if it could be

reduced, but no, they could not help.  This was horrid.  Nerve racking.  An hour later they removed a trojan program I had on my computer was removed, and a premium version of malwarebytes was installed.  I am affraid they might have connected with that program, and who knows what they added to my computer.  I found two entries of logmein.

The following days they called everyday to see how my computer was working.  Uncalled for.  I felt like I was being

badgered.  They put a PDF contact file on my computer as well as a logmein rescue for "Techincal Support".

They never use Rhomubs Technical Support as a name.  Please noterhombustecs.com   Rhombus Tech POS    Technical Support.ink

Something is not right, and I am out $289.00 minus $24.95.  That figures to $264.05.  I do not want them to have access to my computer.  I do not trust them, and they can add problems anytime they wish without my knowing.  Then they can pull this again at a later date.

Help!

Senior who is really hurting

They took my credit card information over the phone.
