they ask $7.000 cash down payment and $250 monthly payments for my loan modification they only worked on my second mortgage they never answer the phone after 8 month they ask me for $5.000 more to lawsuit the bank they toll me to pay or they will close my case I lost all my money and they still offering the same service to other people
