I had contracted Rich Leo (sounds like a fake name) of R & L Contractors (which is not a legal business after research) to install a concrete driveway at my residence in Columbus Ohio. Though I had many bids, Rich got his foot in the door by undercutting all other prices and promising to do the job within 10 days finished. After which he raised the price and never finished any work. 

He brought along his fiancee Leslie Harabaugh to help as an accomplice. He spoke very highly of himself and his past doings working for Will and Grace and all these fancy Rich people in Arizona and Los Angelos. I should have been weary when he spoke of the $30000 walk in refigerator jobs etc when he drove to me in an old silver Buick Ohio License plate number FTT3683. His other main job was installing satellite dishes for a company called WOW (not wide open west).

It started with $100 deposit then he asked for $500 for excavation cost and $260 for material cost. They both showed up for a couple mornings doing minimal work incorrectly and it was that point that I called him and he no-showed no-called for 3 nice days straight. Deadline was past and no contract furthers by these frauds. Finally a call back from Richard saying he would bring back my money and didn't want the trouble as it was not worth it. Of course once again no call no show with the money. So I emailed Leslie and she confirmed everything by email and stated "Rich will make it right". >>>>> He didn't!

Upon further research of this couple, he mimics the looks that of a short semi bald rat with a high pitched child like voice and she no better. She is definitely affraid of him as you can tell simply by her gestures and stories he proudly claims about publically calling here a B!t$h on their first date and humiliating her. I also, upon web research noted areas where he may be dangerous as a child molester, though I cannot confirm this as I did not see it myself. You will know when you see him.
