On 8-9-13 and In the prensents of Richard M.Leiva's "Fiancee" Heather, I gave Richard a refundable deposit for potentially securing the Room at 1299 Bayhill Blvd.in Orange park,Fl.32063
Upon further Reflection on the filthy condition of the Room for rent and being told that the needed storage i saw there is to be removed from the room I decided to check him out online on the "ripoffreport.com site and found that he can't be trusted and has riped off others before.
After many unsuccessful tries of calling him and only after hiding my phone Number from his caller ID i finaly got Richard and told him that i have changed my mind about renting from him and was assured that i would get my deposit back.
The deposit off course was never returned to me even after he assured my that it would be returned.
Why Is a con man Like Richard allowed to stay in business and Rip People off even after several people have been cheated by him and one has even tried to stop him through the courts??
