Rick Warren of R W Media aka: Rico Layne, Musical Management Contract Breech Stockton California

I signed a Musical Management Contract with Rick Warren of RW Media aka: Rico Layne. The contract was signed on May 6, 2014 and was a 6 month contract extension to expire on Nov 6 2014. The value of the contract was $54,000.00 for specific tasks to be completed by Rick Warren such as: CD production, Record Store presence, radio and tv presence, radio & tv interviews, ten (10) venue mini-tour to promote the CD's. Rick Warren has NOT even come close to completing this contract and what makes it worse is that this was an extension to the original contract to which Rick Warren did not complete. To date, only approximately 10% oof the contract has been completed at a value of $5,400.00- That leaves a refund of $48,600.00 from Rick Warren so we can call it even.

Rick Warren has continued to lie and obfuscate his intentions and continues to "String" me along. Rick Warren took my money understanding what was required and he cold heartedly took the money and ran. Rick Warren has proven to be a liar and a Con Man. Moreover I have discovered that there are many others that had money STOLEN from them by Rick Warren. He needs to be stopped so as to NOT ripoff any more unsuspecting artists.
