A rep from this company told me that they take deposit from you when car to be transported is loaded,this was a lie they take deposit when driver is dispatched,the only problem is how do you know a driver is dispatched,you dont.They tell you a driver will be there and all of a sudden there is a flat tire,a bad bearing,a bad axle.That was the supposed first driver that i dont even believe exhisted.I contacted the company and asked for my deposit back and i would find another company,Suprise they have already tapped your acct for the deposit,so your committed,next driver suppose to be there to pick up car,i will call him no show.Driver never showed no call or anything,said he had ulcers and was in the hospital,ok called company again and told them ,Just do the right thing here and refund the deposit and i will find another company,Plainly said i lost my deposit due to them dispatching a truck that never called and never showed when they were suppose to.Now i am out of my deposit which is good for them because that is their commission for doing nothing but taking your money.Pretty sweet gig when you think about it.So meanwhile my car sits waiting for a real shipping company.This has been the worst experience in my life with shipping and i have done this four times.
