Right Honda Felt cheated there also Scottsdale, Arizona

I felt cheated at Right Honda, also. I would NEVER buy a car from them again. My salesperson, Brandon, kept talking around my questions and would not give me a straight answer, and the finance person, (cannot find his name) was not interested in answering my questions. I found him snippy and rude. My lease app did add $2,000 to the supposed value of the car that I had discussed with the salesperson. I went ahead and signed, but realize I was being an idiot. My old car was so bad, I just wanted a new one and it was the end of the day. When Honda called for a review, I gave everyone a "1", the lowest.

I always thought of Honda as being a good company, good cars, and I did not feel ripped off with my 2 previous Hondas. I think the car is good, but maybe they feel they can rip off the rich up there.

I will never return there, especially not to get work done.
