What a pleasure it was indeed to receive a "cold call" from one of the lads at this company. The first red flag was when the caller introduced himself as Jordan something or other (Must think he's the only one that saw The Wolf of Wall Street!). After a good 30 minutes or so I informed him that I must do my due dilligence on him and his company. We agreed that he call me back in a few days.

The thing that bothered me most was why are they located in Panama? Well, it didn't take me long to find out that Futures, Options and Commodities trading is UNREGULATED in Panama and that only people with a criminal background would open up shop there because they simply cannot operate anywhere else in the world because of their fraudulent past.

With a little more digging, I found that CFD Capital Markets and Capital Commodity, which is supposed to be their clearing house, are all owned by the same people! Transferring your funds to a clearing house is supposed to make you feel safe he told me. Not when it's all owned by the same people though! And their bankiing is in Africa!, but the payment, if you want to trade with them, must be made in Euros??? A further check into their website told me that the site is recently registered to someone in the American state of Iowa....probably one of the criminal owners no doubt.

So let me try and put this in order:

I get a cold call out of the blue from a guy that calls himself Jordan (Last name Wolf?)

Company is set up in Panama with no regulation at all to protect the client(s).

Payment must be in Euros and sent to a Bank in Africa (The bank is so well known that my bank could not find it using their international transfer system).

The company and clearing house are owned by the same people.

Not sure exactly who these tossers are yet, but I want to warn anyone that is even considering doing business with them to watch out. I have heard similar stories from my mates that were taken for literally thousands of pounds and cannot recover a cent. 

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true.....and it's based in Panama....it most definitely is!
