River City Environmental, Steve McInnis, SM Realty, SANDS Investments Doesn't Pay his bill's & ALWAYS is out to Rip You Off This Man Is A Crook! Portland Oregon

I read your report and I need to clear up a few things, I worked directly with Steve McInnis and Mark Newsome. You couldnt be more wrong about Steve. He is one of the most honest and hard working people I have met. You are by far not the innocent one in this situation. I know from first had experience. I know the problems they had with you working at Madison Place.

It seems a little strange when you comment on River City having employee's on Drugs, YOU refused to take a drug test when working at Madison Place. Hmmmm Wonder why that was?? Someone who had nothing to hide wouldnt refuse. Maybe because you couldnt pass one, just a thought. I know for a fact that you were scamming all the owners at Madison Place with your fake ACE Contracting Company, which I might add isnt even a valid company with a CCB License. This was someone you knew and you typed all the invoices. You were ripping off all the owners at Madison Place.

You and Geri filed that fake claim about being electrocuted. There was no such event. This was all fabricated. You were never at work when you were supposed to be, it got so bad they had to hire private investigators to watch you. Then the time you reported to be at work the investigators seem to have a different report. They had you on video surveillance. Also you seem to have history of ripping off the people you work for and taking them to court. All Previous jobs reflects this. You have had a bitter ending with all previous employers, The PROBLEM MUST BE YOU AND THE GAMES YOU PLAY!!! Come to think of it when you left the apartment you didnt even pay the rent that you owed. You also deleted all the information off of the office computer, I wonder what you were hiding. I needed to make sure anyone that read the report that you wrote about Steve McInnis, would have the chance to know the real truth.

It amazes me that a website can let someone post lies about someone or a company and there it is, no one checks to see if what is posted is even true. I know a Website like this wouldnt even be read by Steve, he wouldnt waste his time or stoop to such a low class form of harrassment, or deal with your BS lies. I want anyone who may read your fake claim to please consider the source in which it came from.

I must admit those are terrible things you posted about River City Environmental, Steve McInnis, Sands Investments and SM Realty. I must admit my experience with SM Realty and River City Environmental are far better than yours. I rented from SM Realty for about 2 years, Steve McInnis just bought the units when I lived there with my friend. We had no problems at all. When we moved out we got back 75% of our deposit. We were completly fine with that, we really didnt think we would get anything at all, most places I have lived dont give back deposits.

I have friends that rented one of the units there and they got back the entire deposit when they moved out. So I am not sure why you would say things about that company like that, it is clear that your only speaking of situations you know about, therefore classifying Steve McInnis, River City Environmental and SM Realty as this rip off company. I just want to say your WRONG! You dont know all and act as if you do.

I do remember that when I would go to the office to find someone in there working, no one was ever in the office, I would have to call River City and complain about that. after several attempts I just gave up all the way around going into the office and just called SM Realty (River City) directly, I asked them about the reliability of the management company, I was irritated with the lack of customer service in the office. They would just apologize and help me with my needs.

Further more, the Company I work for uses River City Environmental for several of our needs and we do work for them as well, We have never had a billing or payment issue. So again I wonder where your getting your information from.

You must of had a falling out working at Madison Place and now your out to Slander whomever you can. Seems pretty extreme and desperate. What would someone gain in doing such a thing? Self satisfaction, well I suppose, but maybe if you looked at yourself a little closer you might see how low and petty your are by doing such a thing, You sound like a miserable mean person.

Also I noticed that you wrote a complaint against Steve McInnis from this ACE Company. Is this a real company or made up? Its strange that you placed compliants for this ACE Company, I tried to find information about that company, and it doesnt seem to exist, but again, you managed to find another way to place a complaint, making it look like it was from more than one person. Clever! problem is that there is several complaints and they are all from one person YOU!

I just wanted to add my opinion and facts about these companies because I have proof that what your saying is indeed not true and extremely exaggerated.
