Rivers Edge Realty Jack Wagner unprofessional and unethical Havana Illinois

I have been trying to sell my home for over a year.  I got screwed over by Kennedy-Sarff and now I am being ripped off and screwed over by Rivers Edge Realty.  Both of these companies should be shut down and their licenses pulled and revoked.  My current situation is that I was coerced into signing a purchase agreement for the sale of my home at a reduced price with an unacceptable timeline to move out.  I did research and immediately tried to find a home but was unable to.  The realtor told me that I could never put a contingency in a contract.  This is completely false.  You can put as many contingencies as you want.  Two days after I contacted the agent and asked if we could negotiate further with the buyers and he immediately threatened me saying I would be sued for everything I had.  Which I do not have anything of value.  After that call I got a letter from a lawyer saying that I would be sued by the buyers.  I told the realtor that we would not sell our home at that time due to the threats.  This realtor had my listing lapse did nothing to help us sell our home and made threats.  Also you should never do business with him or the people involved which are Jason and Georgine Bastein.  They are fraudulent people and do nothing but scam you out of money.  Now I have to fear for my life and safety due to this situation.
