Roadside Plus ripoff, scam, charging me $21.95 for services I did not signup for or want. Need my money back! Plattsburgh Oregon

I recieved a statement from my bank stating that I had a $21.95 debit taken from my account. I contacted my bank to see what it was for. They gave me a 1-866 number to call and ask about the dispute.

I called and was greeted very unprofessionally about the matter. I asked the lady on the line to speak to her manager, but was informed that infact she was the manager and absolutely would not refund my money or stop this from happening again. She informed me that she had a signed application from me that I did not do.

I am very upset about this matter and need my money back. This should be a crime. Someone needs to stop these people from stealing money from honest hard working people who have families to support. To some people $21.95 isn't alot of money but to a single woman with two children to take care of it is. please stop this from continueing.
