Robert Blair ran an estate sale in Dec of 2013 and as of 5/11 2014 he has not paid me one cent for the merchandise sold. He will not give me a date to pay or tell me exactly how much he owes me. He also used my deceased mother's garage as storage for his items from other sales for 6 months with no renumeration. I have asked an attorney to pursue the matter since he had been unresponsive to me. However, he appears to continue to run estate sales in the Westchester/Putnam area.
