When I opened my credit card statement, I notice a charge by a company called Boss Executive Group. I knew I hadn't used my card for @ least 2 wks, plus I had taken it out of my wallet & put it in our safe to keep from using it since I had paid it off.

I knew no one else had had my info, because I'm the only one on the account. I always shred all info after I review it & the pmt has been applied.

I proceeded to call my credit card co to dispute the charge. Take note, that if you do any online bill pay your subject to someone steeling your credit card info...no matter how safe they say the website is.

I believe this was an inside job, because according to my credit card rep they punched in the c/c # because the card was not swiped, and it was confiremed the transaction was not done online.

So, who ever these people are, they need to be exposed, & brought to justice before there are more credit cards used to pay for this scam service.

Lack of Communication

AUTHOR: Boss Exec - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 10, 2008

I am currently the administrator for Boss Executive Group. The reps that work for our company go door to door, business to business and also work at local stores selling promotions put together for our clients. One of our most popular promotions is a localized coupon book. Seeing where this person is from, she probably bought a "East Side Community Saving Book" and forgot about it.

Our protocall for credit cards is as follows, If while in the field, whether residentially or whatever the case may be, The rep, after taking down the credit card number on a credit card slip, will call me, and I manually type in the number, and I in turn give them an authorization number. At the end of the day the rep turns in all credit card slips, checks and/or cash.

I get people that call our office every week asking about a charge that they dont recognize. It is usually just a matter of telling them that it was probably a coupon book. This is more than likely just a miscommunication. Our rep should have, if he/she didn't put "BOSS EXECUTIVE" on the cc slip for this woman. And she should have called our office once seeing the charge on her Credit Card and this matter could have been easily solved.
