I am adding copies of my last two settlement statements and I also got approval to add settlement statements of another drivers. I also need to add the how I recieved my last check. Rod had sent my check in the mail to the house so it would arrive on a Wednsday when their would be know one hear to recieve the check until the weekend he also set it up for a signature. Before Rod had always sent the check directly to the bank. So My wife took the day off work and waited for fedex to deliver the package. Fedex delivered the check, my wife called the bank that the check was written on and just as we suspected the bank told us that the funds weren't availabe. I called and talked to my bank and they said go ahead and deposit the check and we'll see what happenes. I deposited the check and lucky enough the check cleared.

Doesnt matter Rod/Bill whether he is a felon or the pope. You owe him money and many, many others. Doubt he's been with 10 other companies in the past 2 years. How many drivers has your company hired in the past 2 years...they only stay about 3 to 4 weeks when they figure out they are gonna get screwed and not paid. The turnover rate at your company is out of control!!!

VERY SAD that several drivers have had to ban together and hire attorney to get what is rightfully theirs. You should have to pay their legal fees, not them.

Gary/Rod, you know that several of these drivers were using their own fuel money and never stole fuel from your company. you might have trailers in texas with your name on them but these guys up in the midwest fighting for their final paychecks were pulling trailers owned by JMS trucking and none of them stole a trailer!!! several of them actually went to work for JMS after leaving your company that had been closed in the midwest. all they want is what is owed them and that is their final 2 weeks of pay that you have been holding for several months now. They did the work, you got your money and theirs from JMS but didnt forward their money on to them... you kept it. Its time for them to be paid. Not only are they out the money for the loads they pulled for JMS, several of them are out their fuel money because they didnt use your fuel card.

this is getting a little wierd ? why are there trailers with our Logo on our yard ? Why do drivers get dispatched from this office ?
Buddy you didnt return the trailer, you stole fuel ...I looked you up- --can you say " what a joke" please go away ...better yet go to work- make your own money and you wont have time to write all day.....

You seem to want to to make this personal with the owner, im not sure his ex wife a "school teacher" can change the texas court system (you said I cant sue his wife controls the courts) Im sure that's correct ...your welcome to call the office anytime..or just keep posting garbage...I would suggest again getting legal and have them contact us

Rod you don't own a trailer your brother and sister in law of JMS has all of freight,the equipment,and the dispatch, oh let's don't forget about the fuel card scam. Rod a Larson does not pay any of his drivers for at least the last two weeks and more in some cases. Rod we (the driver) can't call the office you and healthier screen the phone calls. I heard today about a new victim that you have stolen from. We the driver have earned what you have taken from us and we want it. Driver's don't forget Rod and his family have a time share in Hawaii in July. Rod doesn't know how to make an honest dollar he has too steal from the ones who have the most too loose and that's the driver.
