Rodney D Young Insurance, Mary Arkel claims adjuster low balling on claim amount loss of use of vehicle during down time for repairs mesa Arizona

 Back two or so months ago there insured hit my parked vehicle , we both went to there insurance office to file a claim he admitted that he had struck my paked dually in the drivers side rear fender they took pictures of the vehicle and i was told that they would make an assesment as to what it would cost  they then sent me a check for $847.00 not enough to even by the new fiber glass fender let alone paint it remove and reinstal it or fix the damage to the quater panel behind it  i contacted Mary Arkel to let her know that this $847 was not going to work for me and let her know that i had had the other side repaired a yeaar earlier and that that would not pay to buy the fender she then went on to tell me that if i wanted to claim more that what she had sent me then i would have to take my truck to a body shop and have them tear it down and once it was torn down then she would send an adjuster out to look at it,  after having a heated conversation with her as to why it had to be sitting at a body shop and asking if the adjuster could just come by my house to look at the damages after the body shop tore it down she in her so rude maner stated it had to be at a body shop? so there it sits for a week so far with no adjuster showing up so to ad insult to injury i asked if the would rent me a vehicle to drive while mine was in the body shop hold your seat for this  no , what we can offer to you is $22.95 per day toward the rental of a vehicle i said ok where can i get a 1 ton dually for $22.95 i go pick it up this truck is used to tow a large trailer i have missed so many jobs and vacation in one week beacause i dont have my truck back,  so i asked her if she could just authorise the purchase and painting of a new fender while leaving the damaged old on in place so that the truck could still be used she very rudly stated that if i wanted it looked at it would have to be left at the body shop for inspection no if ands or butts so here i sit with no resolve
