Romacio Fulcher is nothing more than a snake oil salesman, he'll tell you the things you want to hear so that you'll signup for any business which he is part of. Dozens of people who have fell for his business ventures and lost money have never gotten an apology or an explanation for why it failed after falling for his sales pitch. He goes from one business venture to the next after draining all he can, he does not want to help anyone but himself. When a new company comes on radar he starts calling everyone and everything in hopes of being the first to build a down-line under him so that he can reap the benefits of others hard work.

He seeks out victims which are in financial dire, those who are very vulnerable and then turns on his business brainwashing persona, hook, line and sinker in order to draw them in. He pretends to be very wealthy and portrays himself as a self-made millionaire but when you examine him further and his court documents, the nice cars he was driving was a rental in which another person he charmed signed for him, he lives in a small one story house and he has a history of manipulating vulnerable victims to borrow or invest their money in his business in which nothing happens, he never pays back the victim and goes along like nothing has happened.

If anyone does business with Mr. Fulcher, please before handing any money over, record everything, have everything in writing and recording so that you have some proof in the case you get screwed by Mr. Fulcher, he only does this to people who he has gained their trust enough that they don’t ask him for anything legally binding otherwise Mr. Fulcher would not borrow their money because he knows d**n well he isn’t going to pay them back and that he will be sued in court with those legally binding documents.

I have watched firsthand what his victims went through after getting scammed by Romacio Fulcher, I’ve seen them mentally breakdown, lose their house, not able to pay bills, entered therapy and it took them awhile to get back on their feet after feeling used and betrayed by someone who spent a long time charming and manipulating them. Romacio Fulcher is money hungry without giving back; he’s very cheap and tries to use people for what they can do for him without giving them anything back in return.
