This man scammed me for 1year for money.He lied about everything he needed money for.
He was going to loose his home. then he said he wanted to go to school so he could get a better job, because walmart was not a great place, and he couldn't wait to quit. He had sinus infections and needed surgery.That was more money! All the while, he was saying he was moving here and get a job. he came here in october 2009 to meet me. He was hoping for more money to take back home.
I told him he needed to re-pay me soon! I called his cell phone and he blocked me.Didn't get to talk to him as he had "myspace" and set it to private.. A few weeks ago i saw him on facebook with a woman who I learned was his fiance`.....I am very upset.....he scammed me big time....Im going to expose him and wifey ...

1. After a divorce and losing a regional management job because our company was bought out, yes, I was behind a little on rent. At no time did I ever face eviction moron. Dont you remember the promissory note that I signed with YOU? Ive since paid in full and am ahead. Ever lose a job and get a little behind, Ron? Is this the issue here or just a lame attempt to divert attention from the real matter?
2. You said youd move in with your gf. We told you that you couldnt. Absolute lie and you know it. That would have never happened and was never said, at any point.

Ron, why so bitter and angry? Why on earth would I put a message on some site where I don't know a soul and post about a guy that I had never met before this incident occurred or have seen since? Where's the motive? Just doesn't add up my friend. And yes, I did bring it up in the office....the black girl (Monica?) was working and can verify that. I couldn't care less about your antics with women.....but when it affects me personally, it's a whole new ball game, especially when you questioned my gf about being with "a guy like me" all while you had a girlfriend. What a loser.

Unfortunately, I do have my facts straight. I am very aware of Rickey also. My girlfriend evidently was the office humor there between Ron and Rickey. I'll probably never know how innocent she was in this equation, but that's for me to worry about. The point is they both were in a relationship and it should have never escalated to that point.
Ron did in fact ask her out for a "drink sometime." He did call and text her from his personal cell phone which is unprofessional in any line of work.
As I've said before, I don't know any of these people and have no reason to be on here other than he overstepped his bounds with me personally and he is obviously playing you. I'll deal with my end. I really do feel bad for you and hope your eyes will be opened before you get too serious. If I were in your shoes, I would really appreciate a heads up. If you choose not to believe me, that's fine too but please don't bash me for simply caring enough to tell you.

I was able to speak to Ron about this and I think you have him confused for his co-worker in the office, the inappropriate behavior was by Ricky, but reported to the boss by Ron.....Please before you start bashing someone you have all your facts strait or legit proof of your complaint...this is exhausting!

I guess I can't say I'm surprised to see multiple posts on this guy. Let me share my experience with Ron....from a male perspective........
I have lived in my condo for awhile and my girlfriend decided to move into my building. I had never met or worked with Ron because the property management company had recently made some staff changes and Ron worked for them for a short while. When my girlfriend inquired about looking at a unit, it was Ron that came to show it. He didn't waste any time flirting with her and continued to do so the entire time we were there. Then, after she moved in, he would continue to make excuses to call her (from his personal cell phone) to see if she liked the place, etc., etc. Wow, what great first-class customer service, Ron! Did you extend this great service to all of your residents?
When I went in to pay my rent, I confronted Ron. And, as I expected, he curled up like a little girl scout and wouldn't even look me in the eye. But that didn't stop him from continuing to call and text her!! He even told her that she should really consider whether or not she really wanted to be in a relationship with a guy like me! Really???? It came as no surprise to learn that Ron has since been fired. I normally wouldn't even waste my time typing here, but couldn't help but notice that he's had a girlfriend for five months? This happened only a month ago......how does your girlfriend feel about that? No disrespect to her as I'm sure she's a great girl. But I really felt she should know the truth. Like I said, I don't know Ron or anyone else that have posted here. I have absolutely no motive other than to call bulls**t....bulls**t.

First let me say I believe there's still a small chance (<10%) that you are Ron, and the images are from a past relationship. The reason the number is not bigger is because I know women as self-loathing as yourself exist.

Are you THAT insecure with your sub-par looks (you're not attractive, sweetheart, and should you have money and low self esteem like I assume then you are a prime target for people like Ron) and hideously neurotic personality that you honestly feel the need to validate why YOU are still in a relationship? As only a spectator, as far as I can tell, this was never about YOU at all, but rather the numerous women this scammer/liar has deceived, hurt and stolen from.

First let me say that I am a self-professed/realized apathetic a-hole and sociopath. I have hurt many people in my life, albeit on a smaller scale than our friend Ron here. I am very familiar with the tactics and strategies used even unintentionally to get what you want or need to float through the years. I have been working very hard for the past several years to correct the patters of behavior that have put me in such an ugly rut, and believe me once you convince yourself that there's nothing wrong with you, then it is TRULY hard to do anything other than shift blame.
That being said... Ron, you're not fooling me. You are an unbelievably MASSIVE pile of S&%T - I don't even know you, but WE BOTH know I'm 100% right, in that statement and the following.
"happygirl", and likely ANY account defending this monster, IS Ron (aka "victim"), and is simply another account created to push the illusion that he's right... he's not all bad, he's capable of being a nice guy, etc etc. Sadly, this isn't so much to fool everyone else, as to convince himself. An unfortunate bonus is that because this action is so unfathomable to most, that no one has questioned it, and simply believed that someone is willing to stick up for him. The coincidences between the grammatical errors, posting times (Ron and "happygirl" sure post a lot direct;y after one another same time/day), similarities in punctuation (multiple "!!", "??", comments start off lower case, then later work their way to ALL CAPS, etc etc etc etc etc) are as close to absolute proof as possible.
Ron, you're not bright. In fact, you're borderline mentally retarded. You need to wake the F&^K up and take an honest, serious look at yourself, the life you live and the legacy you wish to leave (if not for you and the women/people you hurt, then for your children for GOD'S SAKES!!!!!). Do you look forward to the day that your children Google your name and read all the endless rants of your victims? I can assure you, they will be too embarrassed to confront you with these facts, they will simply read... absorb... make the connections in their own lives of what they have seen for themselves... then judge you for what you truly are... It's not too late, Ron. I have regrets beyond belief, but the first "eureka" moment for me was actually admitting to MYSELF (and the person who has given me their love), what I have done and what I am capable of doing, and letting THEM decide if they want to endure the changes I am working for.
I've always wondered why I've never felt "Love" on any scale remotely close to what others show for those they care about. I know why, Ron... I used to be JUST LIKE YOU.
Grow up, grow a pair, and grow a HEART. Stop being a little B&TC%, and act like a MAN. Work hard to change, and the things you expect now, will become the things you deserve later, they will come to you in time.... but WORK for them like any respectable man.

Advice for you, Miss Karen....just give it some time and you'll find out what Ron is all about. I was a total stranger to him and he asked me out. Thank goodness this website is here for the women who are smart enough to do a Google search on Ron before they get involved with him. I will follow-up with the sentiment that I am glad this website exists. It allows a woman to do a Google search on Mr. Cloutier and find out that he is a pathological liar. To his current girlfriend, the only person you are fooling by staying involved with Ron is yourself. So here's my story,
I live in fort Myers, My parents live in deep creek and on the weekends I take my kids down to visit. I met Ron and his son at the put put golf in Punta gorda, he started off by telling me how beautiful of a day it was and then we begin talking and exchanging #sAfter we were done we exchanged numbers and later that night he was begging for naked pictures? Instantly I thought what a pig!!!! But continuted talking after a week went by of talking he asked me to meet up with the him and his kid We met up for dinner with the kids in cape coral where Ron lives when the bill came Ron came up with an excuse of misplacing his wallet found it a little odd but still covered the bill When we left he told me a sad story that his ex wife wanted to take full custody of his kids and he was so upset at that point he asked me for gas money. Being a good woman and caring for the innocent child I gave him 20 dollars for gas. Recently he asked me for more money and then stopped talking to me completely. I was googleing his name to try to find out if he has a Facebook this showed up. I was just another innocent woman who fell for this scumbag.good luck ladies

I'm happy for you...in fact elated that your experience with this man is different from those listed here. I would not wish what happened to me on my worst enemy; however, having said that, it does not give you the right to belittle or minimize the experiences we've had. There are so many others who have not chimed in on the things he's taken from them or how he treated them. I would like to settle something though. Please know that I'm the one that left this man, not the other way around (although I guess you could say he never mentally was in the relationship with all the other women still involved). To be honest, I sought out a restraining order because of all the emails and texts I was receiving. One minute he'd text "come back" the next "you whore"- I would sometimes get 50 text messages in a day (or more). I eventually just stopped answering even though he was trying to push my buttons (and he is very good at that BTW). The reason I've posted on here is not to "seek revenge" because I lost this "wonderful" man but rather to share my experience so that if other women find themselves involved with Ron, and begin to see some of the signs people are mentioning on here....they can run. He preys on women when they are most vulnerable. I'm not sure why you feel the need to "defend" this man so viciously but just because it didn't happen to you does not mean it didn't happen to others. I refuse to be petty and fight back and forth with you regarding my situation. It is what it is...I'm the humiliated one for not identifying him for who he really was in the first place but my experience is real.

First off I'd like to start off by saying sorry to ALL of the women who come in contact with this waste of life, and poor excuse of a "man". I had the pleasure of meeting Ron through a realty class I was attending in the cape coral area, right off the bat I knew this guy was a douche bag. I overheard him about a week before the class had ended bragging to another male in our class about how good he had it with his current flavor of the week.
He boasted on how he never had to pay a dime for a single thing, and how it was like "stealing candy from a baby" from recently seperated women.. HERE is the topping on the cake, before class I saw him with a blonde lady (early 30's) in the parking lot, pretending to pay no mind I overheard him asking if she had any plans for later on this evening, and assuming she is as gullible as the rest of you I'm sure she didn't refuse.
During class that day I overheard him AGAIN but this time bragging about the naked pictures he has in his phone and how much bigger this ladies boobs were verses the last woman he was with. Ron is the epitome of a jersey shore wannabe, who is a sad excuse for what a man should stand for. I mean, any guy who can show a perfectly unknown stranger nude pics of females, clearly has some mental imbalance.
I really feel bad for any woman/girl who is easily fooled by this pathetic scumbag. I did not know him for long but from what I saw, heard and witnessed.. He is an obnoxious pig who treats women like they are possessions and not prizes. PLEASE be smart when choosing to let this little boy into you're life, you are setting yourself up for embarassment and humiliation.

I have to laugh at the accusations being brought against Ron Cloutier on this REDICULOUS website. I was in a relationship with Ron yes we met on a dating website, During the time we dated he was very generous to myself and my kids. Ron raised his oldest daughter ALONE and she turned out to be an amazing young woman! I had the opportunity to spend lots of time with Ron and his youngest daughter he is an awesome DAD who loves his kids!! Although at the time we met he was not employed he activlely looked for work and did obtain a job, he always had money and NEVER once asked me for a thing!!!
From what I can see the "ladies" that are posting all these very childish posts, seem to have also met him on a dating website. Ladies you take that chance when putting yourself out there on these websites, sometimes things just don't workout, and two people just aren't meant to be. But to start posting such negative and discusting things on this type of site is just pathetic!! It's very sad that when things don't work out with people they would go to these extremes.
I hope who ever takes the time to read these posts, takes into consideration theres always 3 sides to every story HIS, HERS & THE TRUTH!!! None of us know exactly what happens behind closed doors in anyones relationship. So to pass judgement on someone based on one side of a story is not fair at all!!

First of all RON! I know you and so does every girl on here. I have my site settings set to notify me when someone posts something on here. I've been quiet and didn't respond to his accusations before because of his instability but after reading the latest post of this poor girl's experience, I feel I should speak out. I've searched all over the web trying to find something he can be arrested for. He leaves a path of destruction wherever he goes. As you can tell by his writing, he's not the most educated of men and seems to like to point the finger at everyone else as the problem. I can tell you from experience he starts off minding his Ps & Qs and as he reels you in and has you where he wants you, the REAL Ron comes out. By then, it's almost too late. He belittles you, alienates you from your friends so he can really control you and all the while he makes it out to be your fault. You're the crazy one. I'm not sure the man knows how to tell the truth. He will sit in front of you and text other women who he claims to be just friends; however, after talking to a few after we split, they were not just friends. In fact, after we were married (and contrary to what he states I didn't ask him), 7 days to be exact, I received an anonymous email to check Plentyoffish.com where I found his active online profile. I created a fake one and he responded. I moved out that next day and within 2 days he had another PlentyofFish date staying the weekend in his home. I'm the only person you'll ever know who was married and divorced to this loser within 2 months. It was horrific mess and yes, my children had to go through it all with me. He got a car out of me...good for him. I co-signed and of course he stopped paying so I had to take it back and am now paying on it so my credit doesn't go to crap.
Women, be careful. It doesn't matter what education level you have or how much money you make, anyone can fall victim to scammers like this man. I'm positive he's going to write something back about how he has "proof" that we are all crazy but to be honest, the only proof he keeps providing by responding on here is that he's a sociopath and a taker. Someone who hasn't a dime to his name, sounds (and writes) like he has never seen the inside of an educational system/building, and to say it simply...is just a loser. Hopefully this kind of avenue (RipOffReport) will allow him to keep showing up on "Google" and others women will read it and run.

I hope that you are willing to provide proof of your allegations against Meredyth Reed. Your allegations have brought a child into the equation. I myself am a friend of Meredyth's and first hand saw that you moved yourself into her home and did not pay a dime except for some food one time and that you did nothing else each day. I was present when she was contacted by another regarding you and when she confronted you...you called her crazy. I know that she has proof of everything she has said about you because I am the one who helped her. I have saw all the emails/text and you are the one who begged for her to let you come back to her home and that you made a mistake. It did come from your number sir. He is a scammer and I was notified about him shortly after I started to date him...BIG MISTAKE...I let him move in with me after 2 weeks because of his sad story...and because he said all the right things...it is my own fault but he fills your head with nothing but lies and at first seems as if he wants the life you want too.I met him on a dating site also...1st mistake...now I cannot get rid of the loser. he has invaded my house and won't leave and keeps blurting out "illegal evictions"...he has stole food and money and even my sons video games. Yes this is my fault for letting him come in to our lives but he has to go. I live in the same nieghborhood as Ron and he's crazier than a bedbug. I watched as this guy threw all of his girls stuff in the driveway and she came home with the cops to pack it up. I remember when he bought the house and moved in, this character said his wife was still in New England somewhere and was looking for work down here while he got the place all set. All of a sudden his Ram truck was gone and he was "PIMPIN'" in a 300. While he was waiting on his wife he had hot and cold running women in that house. The one thing that bothers me is my wife watched him kick his little dog and pick it up and slam it into a trash can, for what i don't know but kind of makes me think he maybe a not so nice guy to the ladies. I will say this if I would've saw it there would've been a huge issue.

first off lets clarify both of these women have documented mental issues!! The first lady claims i asked for money ? well the truth is i met her on singles net. she sent me fake pics saying she wanted to meet me. After talking a bit she declared her love for me and told me she just got a million dollar lawsuit and wanted to help peole. She offered me money to make my life easier and i thought it was a scam. She asked for my adress the next week i had a check in mail. Was i wrong accepting this ? probably but i never ever asked her for it or promised her anything. She was fine til i found her real pics and stopped talking to her. Then she claims i owe her and scammed her . case in point she is crazy for even sending money , adn it was definitley never asked for i have PROOF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never did i tell this crazy lady i was losing my home or wanted to go to school. i was happy at my job
Second woman that i made a huge mistake of going thru with the marriage after she asked me .Well lets just say she is very controlling and tried to alienate me from my family and kids. Our relationship went south 3 days after marriage due to her insecurities. then being the bipolar person she is contacts DCF and makes false accusations against me . Case was dropped ( i have an email stating it was her that sent the tip to dcf cuz she was hurt if anyone would like to see it ) She is a very malicious, deceitful, vindictaive person. Which i also have proof of, neither women have any proof. Also she befriended my daughters mom and filled her head with lies. I am the soon-to-be ex-wife of this man being reported (my picture has been posted here even after several requests to this woman to remove it). I was married to Ron in May of 2011 in the state of Florida. The woman here lives in Rhode Island. The incident she is reporting happened in 2009-2010. When she saw our picture on Facebook she made a copy of the picture that is uploaded here. This Kate first contacted me on Facebook April 10th, 2011 regarding my fiance' Ron Cloutier. She told me he was a scammer and that she wanted her money back. I requested she send me proof and the only thing she ever sent me was a hotel bill showing his name on it from some Providence hotel. She claimed to have all kinds of proof and a lawyer so I asked for the name so I could verify the suit- nothing was sent. She claimed to have reported him to the Attorney General's office in Florida- I called...no report filed. I thought maybe she was mistaken about which agency she reported it to so I contacted the State Attorney's office, the state police and the local police here in Florida AND in Rhode Island. Nothing.
About a week before my wedding, she emailed again asking if I was going to help her. At that time, I advised her not to contact me again as no proof was sent to back up her claims. BTW, she met him on Singlesnet.com, lived over a 1000 miles away and still sent him all of this money??? If he took the money it's wrong but the fact that she sent it has me questioning her judgement.
After I told her I would not help her without proof, she emailed my employer telling them my husband is a "scammer", "lowlife moocher" and that she wanted her money back. I was mortified. I have no idea what this woman is talking about nor am I part of any "scam". I was basically led to believe from her email that she was trying to extort the money from me. In addition, she sent all of her and I's correspondence on Facebook to my husband saying "look at your traitor wife".
I filed a police report against this woman for harrassment shortly after. Due to my own reasons I am already divorcing this man after 3 weeks of marriage. Obviously this woman has cause for being upset but she needs to direct it at the appropriate person and stop harrassing me. I would appreciate it if she would remove my picture.

I also have a handicapped son, he knew that as well! I did not give him anything I was to get all my money back when he finished school (may 2010) He lied and lied so now I want my money back!
