 Florida Bar Complaint / Roniel R Rodriguez IV   Darrell K Wilson Sr. Po Box 1445 Miami FL 33147   Miami for clean Air Complaint Letter to the Florida Bar   12/28/2014   Dear Florida Bar,   We are a country of Laws, and the Florida Bar is an arm of the Supreme Court of Florida.   Miami Attorney Roniel R Rodriguez IV alters Dade County Judge VICTORIA DEL PINO and  Judge DARRIN P GAYLE Court Order [s] for personal benefit. Mr. Rodriguez IV committed an  epic aggression against the court and the institution of Justice.   

  1. Miami Attorney Roniel R Rodriguez IV violated his oath of office on May 6 th 2013. Mr.   Rodriguez IV executed a scam with Stuart R Kalb, [Credo LLC] to remove Darrell K Wilson  Sr., from his Homestead resident property without filing state required eviction proceedings,  pursuant, to Florida Law, Chapter 83. Mr. Rodriguez didn’t follow the Law; instead he filed a   false and Illegal Sheriff Writ of Possession eviction affidavit, with The Miami­Dade County  Sheriff Office, in direct defiance to Miami­Dade County Circuit Court Judge VICTORIA DEL  PINO, May 6th 2013 Court order.    

2. Mr. Rodriguez in defiance to Judge Pino May 6, 2013, Court order, prepared and  personally executed a fraudulent Writ of possession order [ a false Police Report] and  knowingly with malicious intent instructed the Sheriff to act upon his false filings, wrongfully/  illegally evicting, former Miami Police Officer Darrell Wilson Sr. without, Florida Chapter 83,  due process, into the streets, Homeless. Mr. Rodriguez IV had firsthand knowledge Judge  Pino removed Mr., Darrell K Wilson Sr., from his client, “Credo LLC” , eviction complaint,  because it was Mr., Rodriguez IV, who moved the court to voluntary drop Mr. Wilson Sr., from  the complaint. Then, Moments after the court executed the order removing Mr. Wilson. Mr.  Rodriguez IV, rush over to the Miami­Dade County Sheriff Office and altered the court’s order  and place Mr. Wilson name on the court writ. Miami Attorney Roniel R Rodriguez IV has a  documented history in Miami Dade County, Florida for his unsavory connection with Stuart R  Kalb, and altering county Judges Orders to fit his multiple Limited Liability “Shell” Company’s  needs.
